Say hello to Chef Tyler Riddle. When I initially contacted Tyler, he owned a food truck and my idea was to make the story about his food truck. But Tyler is in the midst of moving for a great opportunity he received and also planning his wedding at the end of the year. I am however grateful that Tyler took time out of his busy schedule to allow me to take some snaps of him doing what he does on his time off when he's not cooking for others. And that time away includes a BBQ grill, Sirloin, Roasted Corn, and some Bud Light.
So on the day of the shoot, Tyler planned on making Toasted Ancho Spiced Sirloin Street Tacos with Roasted Poblano Cream Corn on Fire-Scortched Corn Tortillas, and for desert, Mexican Chili & Semi Sweet Chocolate S'mores. And the biggest twist to the whole thing... everything was Gluten-free.
