Say hello to our first pastry chef Victoria Dearmond of Underbelly and her beautiful puppy Maggie. When Victoria isn't making delicious desserts for everyone else, she's usually baking for herself along with friends and family. For our shoot she invited her sister over and made homemade peanut butter ice cream and brownies with caramel sauce. The worst part of this whole shoot was having to watch the ice cream being made and smelling the brownies while they were baking and just waiting. I'm not the patient type so it was a little rough, but it was all worth it at the end. I don't think I have to say it, but the combination was absolutely delicious.
