Say hello to chef Chris Loftis, executive chef at Number 13 in Galveston. When Chris is away from the restaurant life he likes cooking for his family. With the help of his son, Chris made roasted tenderloin, jalapeno cheese grits, and seared brussels sprouts with some bacon in them.
Chris has been in the food industry since his late teens, going through culinary school and working his way up the ranks and learning from some of the best in Houston to get to where he is now. He's definitely one of the up and comers in the Houston culinary scene and will be a bright star in this city of ours for years to come.
